- Provide administrative support to Counsel, such as retrieving documents from archives for research purposes.
- Manage and maintain OPC Bill paper records, both online and in hard copy. This includes the general overview of maintenance, inventory management, and material transfer between locations based on requirement.
- Use a bespoke archiving system to ensure OPC complies with the duty to preserve public records.
- Assist Counsel with diary management, including booking meeting rooms, ordering catering and organising papers.
