Our client is seeking to hire an Accountant with more than 3 years of general accounting experience either in a start-up firm or in a private corporate environment or as an external auditor
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for complete day-to-day accounting of the organization
- Reporting to the management – Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Sales Accounting/Revenue Recognition of Ecommerce & wholesale business
- Employee Accounting other than Payroll – Advances, Deduction, full & final settlement & reconciliation
- Vouch for process improvement and automation ideas to improve efficiencies in bookkeeping
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
- Finalization of VAT returns
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
- Support in creating monthly forecasts and yearly budgets for specific departments, projects, and business needs.

- Ability to multitask and meet a constant stream of deadlines
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels across the

- Good exposure to implementing best practices in financial controls and business processes
